What we DO know is she's healthy, she looks like her brother, and her name is Annika Elizabeth (Sarah's middle name is Elizabeth... and my sister's name is Elizabeth... my parents were fans).
Annika is a Swedish name meaning Gracious. It's also an African name meaning Sweet Face in Hausa. How lovely is that?
