Happy hour with friends followed by healthy cupcakes in the freezing cold? Perfect Friday night. And this is the only picture I got.



Seth's in town from Burundi, his sister Jaime and Billy, Scott and Tabitha, Jamie, Kristin, Sara and I all met up last night for some Indian food happy hour (perfect!). In honor of Tabitha's recent birthday and addiction to all things healthy, I made zucchini chip "cupcakes". I felt awkward bringing them into the restaurant, so we stood by my car in the 20 degree weather as she blew out her candle and we ate quickly.
