My Pollyanna Side

I realized the other day that I've been either unemployed or employed with no job security for 3 years now. Sound familiar?

The 2 years before that I had job security but knew I wasn't staying long..

The year before that I was teaching abroad and knew it was temporary...

And the five years before that I never thought about job security, only wanting to get out of that job...

So here's my conclusion: Uncertainty sucks. But doing what you love is too much fun to have it any other way. I'd rather be right where I'm at.

(can you tell I'm trying to be optimistic?)
