Brynn-Brynn, Brynn.e

So I have a new niece.. She's 5 weeks on Sunday. SUCH a faithful blogger, I am. You'd think 6 nieces/nephews in, I'd be used to it but she's SO TINY!! I was holding her last night and just marveling. LOVE her! She has this soft hair that curls backwards on the top of her head. How cute is THAT?

Brynn's big brother Luke is 2!

And in another realm.. I'm exhausted after my first week flying solo, subbing for Desiree. I keep saying it, but I know it's true.. I'm finding my stride. It's a new age group (4th/5th) and they are so big and tall! And so lovable. And they talk. A lot. and the more tired I am, the more they talk. Hmmm.. wonder if the two are connected? With the world as it is, I'm so incredibly grateful for my dear friend trusting me with her kids. And I'm grateful to have a place to be every day. Even if it's temporary. God's got me. Wheh.

AND, I managed to get to the beach over the long weekend. A day with no schedule, sunshine, the ocean and fun friends.. and seals we were all engrossed in staring at.

Tillamook ice cream, on a leather couch, in Maui. What?

staring at the waves

You've been warned

Self-portrait.. me. sara. andy.

Yaquina Lighthouse and a perfect sky. We walked to the top and the parks and rec guy had NO GOOD ghost stories to tell. A cynic. boo.

fighting again

Wearing proudly our Rogue tatts

Chaneling my inner Pollianna.. at the Yaquina Head tourist center they had toys from the turn of the century. I don't know why either.

Tossing her braided ring to Andy
